Leverage the Power of Business towards Social Good
“Satisfied Employees are there to get, Engaged Employees are there to give” – Bob Kelleher
It has become essential for companies today, to devote time, efforts and profits towards addressing the socio-economic concerns prevailing in the country, alongside driving a business agenda. To make this a possibility, EdelGive Foundation in collaboration with Toolbox India Foundation, has institutionalized the CCP platform for participation from corporate peers. This platform will allow corporates to engage with society, not only through funds, but also through time and skills.
Through the Exposure visits program, employees will get a chance to experience the ground realities in the various immersion activities, and understand the transformative efforts undertaken by mission driven social change-makers of India. Read a book to a child. Take a workshop for a learning activity. Spend time with the aged. Enjoy a movie with the underprivileged kids. So many exciting opportunities for you to make someone smile. Every one of us has the power to take action, inspire action and create change – big or small.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING
They (family) could see the difference that Edelweiss is making in the lives of those who probably do not have the things that we have. It elevated the respect of the organization that I work for, because it’s not all about work. I'm grateful to EdelGive for such opportunities, which we do not get otherwise.
Chief Marketing Officer, Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance
Every field visit, every activity that I've done with EdelGive while working with different NGOs, it always helped me to look at things from a different lens. And when I come back to work, I was able to look at my problems from a different perspective.
Head of HR, Public Markets
Listening is something that I have been able to better myself at. In Mentoring listening comes with a very different dimension, the fact that as a mentor, you listen without the burden of agreeing or disagreeing and you just listen to understand.
Executive Vice President, Domestic Compliance
I gain a lot of joy, satisfaction and inner peace volunteering at the EdelGive initiatives. I make sure that I volunteer at least 3-4 times a year.
For me, Volunteering opens up a window to various situations which I would have not encountered in my day to day life, this makes my problems look smaller and helps me to look at life differently.
